Dalian BBCHEM Project

Our company undertakes the M1 6-12 axis electrical installation project of Dalian BBCHEM which is a typical fine chemical project for pharmaceutical intermediates production.The contract value is 6.97 million yuan. The main construction scope of our company includes the equipment installation on 1st to 4th floors, the laying of steel structure platform and pipe line laying work, workshop ventilation system installation, pipeline process insulation anti-corrosion engineering, automatic instrument connection, DSC cabinet installation; debugging, commissioning.

The 49 reaction still equipment installation including 5 cryogenic reactors ,1 hydrogenation reactor and supporting pump,outdoor toxic and harmful bromine storage tank installation; Liquid nitrogen storage tank and supporting pump; steel structure platform laying work and equipment pipeline process. With 16,000 meters workshop pipeline ,such as nitrogen compressed air, steam system, condensate system, softening water system, circulating water system; stainless steel, carbon steel, lining, enamel and other processing techniques etc.

The electric instrument is realized in automatic control of reaction equipment, DCS system monitoring and SIS system security monitoring which provide reliable, professional and quality services for owner’s intelligent production. In addition to this, newly added the clean room construction project which all meet the needs of the owner’s strict production requirements.  
 
The project started on January 13th 2020, stand-alone commissioning has been achieved in September. The combined commissioning first pass rate is above 98%. In the later stage, professional operation instruction has been delivered to the owner and provided high-quality after-service. Our company has gained a high reputation from the project.
