Project manager (site manager)


Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the quality, progress, safety and cost management of the project;

2. Familiar with the drawings and contracts, check the subcontracting construction and the performance of the contract;

3. Cooperate with the Ministry of Commerce for pre-settlement; cooperate with the Purchasing Department for equipment selection;

4. Responsible for the final accounts and collection after the completion of the project;

5. Other matters assigned by the leader;

 

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering related majors; more than 3 years of engineering management experience, with experience in chemical project construction management;

2. Familiar with the process of project implementation, and have the ability to control the project quality, schedule, safety, cost, etc.;

3. Able to perform on-site project management, be responsible for coordinating the relationship between partners and formulating reasonable construction plans;

4. Familiar with computer office software such as AutoCAD, Word and Excel;

5. Able to adapt to long-term projects and undertake certain work pressures.
